Terms and conditions

• Bettas on sale are pictured as-is. Every care is taken to ensure correct color reproduction on the pictures. However, slight variation in color is deemed acceptable.
• Shipment: Your order will be processed within 2 working days of receipt of full payment. Unpaid orders or orders with partial payments will not be processed. Bettas are individually double bagged and shipped via Airpak Express or Poslaju within Malaysia.
• Live on Delivery Guarantee: We guarantee fish live on delivery. However this guarantee is no longer valid should you be unable to receive your parcel for whatsoever reasons, i.e. wrong postal address, postal error, no one at home to sign for the parcel, etc. If any betta is Dead-on-Arrival (DOA), kindly email us with a clear photograph of the betta in its unopened bag within 24 hours. In such cases, you have the following options:
  • A replacement betta of equivalent value. Shipping charges may apply.
  • A full refund of the cost of the betta. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • A store credit amounting to the value of the betta which you can use for your next purchase.
• Return policy: We stand behind every betta we sell. If you are not absolutely pleased with your purchase - for any reason - we will be happy to make an exchange or refund the price of the fish. Returned bettas must be alive and in its original packaging. The original invoice must accompany all returns. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. The return must be post-marked within 7 days of receiving the item via Poslaju or Airpak Express at your cost and sent to:

• We will not be held responsible for damage that occurs during shipment or transit.
• Live on Delivery Guarantee does not apply for free fishes which may be included in shipments to customers.
• We reserve the right to ban the IP address of any persons making fake or spam orders.
